Updated some info on our main site. We're moving away from the "boot camp" label so we updated the page and put a new video up. See it on the fitness classes page.
These classes have evolved quite a bit since we first started doing a boot camp class a few years ago. We continue to make changes and improvements, always wanting to give our clients the best workout.
Try out one of our group fitness classes and compare it to one of the Big Box Gym's classes.
