You're going to do it again. You're gonna vow to get fit. You'll start going to the gym the first week of January.
How far in to the year will you make it this time?
You'll probably end up settling on a routine like this one that Kevin Buckley, a personal trainer in New Hampshire, mentions.
Don't do it. Don't waste your time and money. Sure, going to the gym to do something is better than sitting on the couch doing nothing...but not by much.
Get some coaching. Let a personal trainer get you to a new level of fitness this year.
